The Way to Serve Program (WTS) and Wedge Communications LLC respect your right to privacy. Most of the information collected during the Way To Serve training tracks browser and platform statistics and overall traffic patterns, rather than personal information.

The Way To Serve website does collect personal information for three purposes:

1. When you make a payment for the Way To Serve training, your personal information is collected and sent to your credit card company in order to process your payment.
2. When you register for Way To Serve, your personal information is collected. This information is sent to your state government when you complete the Way To Serve training in order to issue and record your certification.
3. Personal information is collected for purpose of describing the people who use the Way To Serve training to state regulators and corporate clients. Providing this information is optional.

All of this personal information will be kept confidential in secure databases.

At the conclusion of the Way To Serve training, you are invited to complete a brief survey on your experience. This survey is optional. Should you choose to complete this survey, your responses may be used in activities promoting the Way To Serve training to other servers and establishments.
